The Magyarosaurus is an upcoming Dinosaur coming to The Isle. Currently, it's not tied with an update and its release date / update number is to be announced, likely when the roadmap gets an update after Update #4.5 according to a developer.

In Real Life's

The Magyarosaurus was a genus of dwarf sauropod dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous Period found in Romania. It is one of the smallest known Sauropods, its adult size reaching 20 feet long. Magyrosaurus lived on a small island secluded from the mainland. This creature was small because there weren't any large predators at the time (other than huge pterosaurs).

In The Isle

It will be added to the game as a playable dinosaur. It is being added to fill the game with smaller and medium dinosaurs, and it will be the smallest Sauropod in the game, followed by Camarasaurus, Brontosaurus and Brachiosaurus. This Dwarf-Sauropod will probably be inedible to most carnivores as hinted in the roadmap, but since Ceratosaurus bypasses diet restrictions, there will probably be a rivalry with Ceratosaurus. Magyarosaurus is possibly the fastest Sauropod in the game, it is also the only one to be able to break into a full-out gallop.

"This sauropod is able to eat food out of reach of other animals. Allowing it to thrive in areas other herbivores wouldn't. Don't let it's smaller size fool you, it has a disposition as unsavory as its taste."

Magyrosaurus was confirmed to be added as a playable dinosaur as part of the recode by The Crocodylomorpha and was pinned by an admin on The Isle Official Discord.

There are currently 2 animations for the Magyrosaurus that have been shown to the public. Both have been made by KissenKitten:

Magyarosaurus will be added to the Evrima build, which it will be able to eat plants that other herbivores cannot eat as well. Its update number is now undisclosed and will be announced in the future. Previously, it was supposed to come in "Update #5" which is now reserved for the reworked Nesting and Skin systems.
