Apatosaurus is an upcoming sauropod.
In Real Life[]
Apatosaurus weighed about 15 tonnes (16.5 tons). As a diplodocoid, its diet may have consisted of ferns. It was lightly-built for a sauropod. For over a century, a species "Brontosaurus excelsus" was believed to have been synonymous with "Apatosaurus ajax", but an extensive study in 2015 found they were separate enough from each other to be considered their own genera.
